Ben Shephard in Whitehaven on the 31st of JulyBen is setting off from Whitehaven with his fellow runners, and walkers at 12 noon on Saturday 31st July, so be there to cheer them on, see you at the Quayside CF Tombola Stall in support of Ben's challenge.
