Sue Jolly welcomes you to LighterLife
I qualified as a LighterLife Counsellor in 2006 and practise in Whitehaven.
Before becoming a LighterLife Counsellor I was a Social Worker, and decided to become a Counsellor after losing 15 ½ stone on the LighterLife Programme as I wanted to offer local people the same opportunity to lead a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.
As well as holding a BTEC professional Certificate in Operating a Weight Management Consultancy I am also a qualified social worker and my personal experience of the LighterLife Programme allows me to identify with and support my clients during their weight-loss journey.
As a Counsellor I can provide my clients with a clear direction throughout the programme and feel that both the counselling and group support are vital to long-term success.
